Are you interested in improving the speed of your deposits? Is waiting two days for funding slowing down your business? If you answered yes to either of these questions, then Remote Deposit Capture or RDC is the solution you have been looking for! Utilizing RDC does not increase your Green account's processing fees, in fact, you can receive your deposits same-day using RDC at the same cost you are currently paying!
RDC stands for Remote Deposit Capture. For more information CLICK HERE.
How it Works:
1. You enter check data into our secure gateway. We create check images for you, then process them through a specific check scanner.
2. Your full deposit is processed directly into your bank account the Same Day!
* Please note that some banks still may place holds on deposits.
How to begin the process:
In order to start utilizing RDC for your deposits, you will first need to contact your business banker or bank manager and apply. The approval process for RDC varies from bank to bank, but generally, the approval process is simple. Tell your business banker, not a teller with your bank, that you need a "Deposit Scanner to deposit checks without having to drive to the bank."
If you bank with any of the following institutions, then you DO NOT need a scanner to be provided. If this leads to any questions, inform your banker that you already have a compatible RDC scanner. If needed, we can provide you and your bank with our scanner's serial number.
Bank of America: Remote Deposit Online
Chase Bank: Quick Deposit for Business
Citibank: Electronic Check Deposit
PNC Bank: Deposit Now
TD Bank: TD Digital Express
US Bank: Deposit Express
Wells Fargo: Desktop Deposit
Once you are approved for RDC, Green.Money only needs the online login credentials for your bank to submit your deposits via RDC.
We use the information we require to log in in conjunction with RDC electronic deposits. We do not use the information to view your account, account history, for transfers, fees, or anything else. If you are concerned about the security of your credentials, please feel free to give us a call. If you are worried about the safety of your checking account, ask the bank to provide you with a second checking account with a separate login, and set up Remote Deposit under that account. You can transfer the deposits as you see fit without the worry that someone has access to your most sensitive information.
