Do You Have a Debit Authorization Form?

Yes, we have several Blanket Debit Authorization Forms for you to use with your clients. These are NOT required with Green.Money to process a check. However, we highly recommend you use them to protect yourself from chargebacks. A voice recording WILL NOT protect you from a chargeback, and can only be used in court or with arbitration. Most banks will not accept a voice recording as proof of purchase.
To download one of our Debit Authorization Forms follow these instructions:
1. Log into your account.
2. Go to SUPPORT on the menu bar.
3. Click on CLIENT RESOURCES.
